THE PROVEN PROCESS
Expert project consultation in 7 steps
DESIGN & DISCOVERY
We begin the project process with a consultation to capture your requirements and to scope out the initial design concepts, potential finishes, timeframes and budgets.

PRE-CONTRACT PROPOSAL
If bespoke pieces were a part of the your brief, this is where we'd begin the full designs. At this stage, we'll create and submit a proposal to show the headline costings.
02 / 07
DETAILED SCHEDULING
A detailed hardware schedule is put together by our technical team, where we detail every hardware item against every door and window using the architects floor plans. This may involve a workshop meeting, site surveys and sharing compatibility advice between the joinery details and hardware.

PRODUCTION
With the finalised hardware schedule approved and, if relevant, the bespoke product design signed off and delivery locations and timings agreed, the order will be placed so production can begin.

DELIVERY
With delivery dates arranged with the teams on site, we'll be packing and sorting the hardware into sets, and sharing delivery tracking information with you.
05 / 07
INSTALLATION SUPPORT
We're here to support a successful installation with any advice, extras that are needed quickly and if necessary, we can visit site.
06 / 07
COMPLETION
With the hardware installed and project complete, we'll provide your client with an O&M manual and care and maintenance guides for the chosen hardware. We'll also be in touch to get your feedback on the process and your experience with us.
