THE PROVEN PROCESS
Expert project consultation in 6 steps
SELECTION
We begin the project process with perfectly presented product samples, clear cost qualifications, and the option to visit our Sussex showroom, helping you to make the best possible hardware decisions.

INITIAL PRICING
We put together a concise yet detailed presentation document to lay out full project pricing for you and your clients.
02 / 06
LIGHT TOUCH
During this stage, when the project may still be out for tender, we understand you are busy, so keep a light touch with periodic check-ins, and availability to attend site meetings if required.
03 / 06
DETAIL
At this stage, our technical team prepare a detailed hardware schedule, reviewing door drawings for technical details, and carrying out a site survey if required. Once the schedule and any bespoke products are signed off, we begin production of your order.
04 / 06
DELIVERY
We provide updates during the weeks the products are in production, and co-ordinate with the contractor to arrange delivery at a convenient time. The order is delivered in hardware sets for each separate door, helping to keep things organised on site. Our customer experience team is on hand to help with any additional products or fixings required, and we can attend site and give installation training if needed.
