Our ‘Switch’ emergency releases are made from finest grade solid brass and are hand finished in all the standard Joseph Giles finishes. They are designed to provide emergency access into a locked bathroom (privacy lock) and are used in conjunction with a thumb turn.

They are supplied as single items with fixings and have a 5mm square spindle.&nbsp;

Our emergency releases are made from finest grade solid brass and are hand-finished in all the emergency releases standard Joseph Giles finishes. Emergency releases are used in conjunction with a privacy lock &amp; a thumbturn (each supplied separately) and are usually installed on a hinged WC/bathroom door. An emergency release is installed on the outside of the door and can be used in the event of an emergency to open the door. A thumbturn is fitted to the inside of a WC door and is twisted clockwise to engage a privacy lock and anti-clockwise to disengage a privacy lock, They are supplied as single items with an inner rose, a decorative cover rose, and the necessary fixings.

Installed on the inside wall of a shelf unit and to be push fitted into a 5mm diameter hole. These items are supplied singularly and available in all of our signature finishes.&nbsp;

Switch Shelf Support with Leather Pad

The Switch door lever handles are made from the finest grade solid brass and are carefully hand-finished in all the standard Joseph Giles finishes. All our lever handles come with a 10-year mechanical guarantee and are supplied with the unique JG sprung bearing grip tight inner roses. *Pair of lever handles includes:<ul><li>One pair of lever handles (two pieces, 1 left-handed and 1 right-handed)</li><li>One pair of decorative cover roses (four pieces, two plates which fix to the door, and two covers)</li><li>One pair of unique JG sprung bearing grip tight inner roses** (two pieces, 1 left-handed and 1 right-handed)</li><li>One set of fixings for lever handles which include screws, bolt through fixings, washers, grub screws, allen key, and an 8mm (5/16) spindle to suit doors up to 54mm (2.12”) thick</li></ul> *Levers are also available as single handles (left-handed or right-handed).** Other types of JG inner roses are available for specialist applications, see the <a href="https://jg-staging.enapps-ecommerce.co.uk/brochures/#roses" target="_blank">'</a><a href="https://www.josephgiles.com/brochures/#roses" target="_blank">Rose mechanism booklet'</a>, however, we strongly recommend sprung bearing grip tight rose because of its incredible performance. Switch Thumb Turn

Solid brass skeleton escutcheon designed to be bonded into a routed slot and fit around the euro profile cylinder. Supplied as single items and available in all our signature finishes.&nbsp;
