The absolute essence of top-quality British engineering, every internal component and cog in this Yellow hook lock is engineered from the highest quality steel and brass to the tightest of tolerances.
Each lock is carefully hand-assembled to ensure the inner workings dovetail together perfectly and provide a seamless operating experience.

Finish Types
If you're wondering which finish type to select, here's the key difference: living finishes gently patinate and change over time, ageing gracefully, whilst ageless finishes are either naturally unchanging, or boast a protective ceramic coating which mean the finish stays consistent.
Details
This innovative Yellow sliding door look is recessed into the door and the deadbolt is operated by a privacy snib from the inside and emergency release from the outside. Once the snib turn is operated, the deadbolt extends and two metal plates protrude (north and south) from the deadbolt, locking into the strike plate.
These locks are usually installed on doors that lead into a cloakroom, bathroom or WC. The privacy snib and emergency release will need to be compatible with a 8mm square spindle.
The minimum door thickness for these locks is 44mm and the maximum, as standard, is 54mm. These locks are not compatible with infill rebate kits.
Privacy snibs and emergency releases are not supplied with this item, they need to be procured or specified separately.
Includes:
Lock case (The actual yellow lock part)
Solid brass forend plate (Plate that goes over the end of the lock)
Solid brass strike plate (Plate that is fitted to the frame)
