Tectus Hinge-3D Adjustment A8 & FD120 Rated

High-performance concealed Tectus hinge for flush-fitting doors, this hinge allows for up to 8mm of cladding to be applied to the face of the door and frame adjacent. The concealed hinges are easily adjusted after they have been fitted to ensure the perfect alignment of the door and the frame.

The 3D adjustment allows the door to be adjusted in the following ways; Horizontal adjustment +3/-3mm, Height adjustment +3/-3mm, and compression adjustment +1.0/-1.0mm. Guaranteed for ten years and tested on a maximum adjusted door weight of 300kg (2 hinges).

The HG1059 is UL listed and has been included in successful fire tests for doors up to 120 minutes, please contact our sales office for further information, an intumescent kit is included with this hinge, recommended for use on very heavy duty internal and external doors. The minimum door thickness they can be fitted on is 44mm thick, and the hinges will allow the door to open 180 degrees subject to the door detail.
