Hamilton Lever Handle

LV1190

The details in the design of this lever handle have been inspired by classical columns from the Corinthian and Ionic order. Columns feature widely in ancient Greek architecture, and whilst they certainly had a structural use, they also had significant decorative importance and cultural meaning.

The flutes and details at either end of the handle are similar to those that can be seen on the columns flanking the doors in the Great Room at Spencer House, St James's Palace.

For more interest, the delightful partially filled fluted decoration was introduced. A slightly rarer detail, this can be seen on the Ionic columns that front St Paul's Cathedral, or at 4 Hamilton Place, home of the Royal Aeronautical Society.

Supplied with our unique anti-wobble, anti-droop mechanism. Every lever handle has a mechanical lifetime guarantee.
