Our floor-mounted doorstops are made from the finest grade solid brass and hand-finished in all our signature finishes. Supplied with a dense rubber buffer to protect the door and a very heavy-duty fixing bolt and plug. For floors with underfloor heating, it may be best to use a wall-mounted door stop. See the technical help sheet below for more information on our door stops.

Floor-mounted Door Stop

This recessed pull has a large grip which is suitable for both hinged and sliding doors. A minimum door thickness of 40mm is required when fitting two of these products back to back. When fitting these products they will require bonding. This product has passed an installation strength test when fitted with Evo-stick mirror adhesive, however Joseph Giles have not tested the combination of this product and these adhesives on every possible door substrate and in every possible situation, so we would advise you run your own tests before installing this product with any adhesives, including Evo-stick mirror adhesive. Supplied as single items in all the Joseph Giles signature metal finishes&nbsp;

Rectangular Recessed Pull with Large Grip

The solid brass edge pull is a discreet handle that is recessed into the top or side edge and the back of a cabinet door/draw and screw fixed from the back. These small-size (45mm projection) edge pulls can comfortably be used on doors/drawers up to 22mm thick. Available in eight standard lengths, bespoke lengths can also be provided. For plated finishes, we can provide up to 1.4m and for living finishes up to 2.0m. For longer lengths (anything over 150mm), we strongly recommend that the weight of the handles and the impact this will have on the hinges is carefully considered. Supplied as single items with solid brass slotted woodscrews that are finished to match the edge pull. **Please note that Joseph Giles cannot guarantee that the longer edge (that incorporates the grip) on our edge pulls will be exactly 90 degrees – this is due to the extrusion manufacturing process and is particularly important if the pulls are being fitted side by side, the handles will tend to curl slightly away from each other**

Small Round Edge Pull

The Fonteyn lever handles are made from the finest grade solid brass and are carefully hand-finished in all the standard Joseph Giles finishes. All our lever handles come with the unique JG sprung bearing grip tight inner roses.​ *Pair of lever handles includes:<ul><li>One pair of lever handles (two pieces, 1 left-handed and 1 right-handed)
</li><li>One pair of decorative cover roses (four pieces, two plates which fix to the door, and two covers)
</li><li>One pair of unique JG sprung bearing grip tight inner roses** (two pieces, 1 left-handed and 1 right-handed)
</li><li>One set of fixings for lever handles which include screws, bolt through fixings, washers, grub screws, allen key, and an 8mm (5/16) spindle to suit doors up to 54mm (2.12”) thick</li></ul> *Levers are also available as single handles (left-handed or right-handed).** Other types of JG inner roses are available for specialist applications, see the&nbsp;<a href="https://jg-staging.enapps-ecommerce.co.uk/brochures/#roses" target="_blank" style="text-decoration-line: underline;" aria-label="Open in new window">‘</a><a href="https://www.josephgiles.com/brochures/#roses" target="_blank" style="" aria-label="Open in new window">Rose mechanism booklet’</a>, however, we strongly recommend sprung bearing grip tight rose because of its incredible performance. Our wall-mounted magnetic doorstops are made from the finest grade solid brass and are hand-finished in all the signature Joseph Giles finishes. They come complete with a magnetic door receiver and the necessary fixings. Not to be used on fire-rated doors or doors within a fire escape route.
