This recessed pull has a large grip which is suitable for both hinged and sliding doors. A minimum door thickness of 40mm is required when fitting two of these products back to back. When fitting these products they will require bonding. This product has passed an installation strength test when fitted with Evo-stick mirror adhesive, however Joseph Giles have not tested the combination of this product and these adhesives on every possible door substrate and in every possible situation, so we would advise you run your own tests before installing this product with any adhesives, including Evo-stick mirror adhesive. Rectangular Recessed Pull with Large Grip

This recessed pull has been designed to be used on sliding doors. When fitting these products, they will require bonding. Due to the narrowness of this pull, it can also be used as a sash window pull, depending on the timber details and dimensions of the sash window. This product has passed an installation strength test when fitted with Evo-stick mirror adhesive. However Joseph Giles has not tested the combination of this product and these adhesives on every possible door substrate, and in every possible situation, so we would advise you run your own tests before installing this product with any adhesives, including Evo-stick mirror adhesive. Supplied as single items and available our signature metal finishes.&nbsp;

Slim Rectangular Recessed Pull

Our thumb turns are made from finest grade solid brass and are hand-finished in all the standard Joseph Giles finishes. Thumb turns are used in conjunction with a privacy lock &amp; an emergency release (each supplied separately) and are usually installed on a hinged WC/bathroom door. A thumb turn is fitted to the inside of a WC door and is twisted clockwise to engage a privacy lock and anti-clockwise to disengage a privacy lock, whilst an emergency release is installed on the outside of the door and can be used in the event of an emergency to open the door. They are supplied as single items with an inner rose, a decorative cover rose, the necessary fixings and a 5mm square spindle.

Fonteyn Thumb Turn - Round Rose

The Fonteyn lever handles are made from the finest grade solid brass and are carefully hand-finished in all the standard Joseph Giles finishes. All our lever handles come with a 10-year mechanical guarantee and are supplied with the unique JG sprung bearing grip tight inner roses.​ *Pair of lever handles includes:<ul><li>One pair of lever handles (two pieces, 1 left-handed and 1 right-handed)
</li><li>One pair of decorative cover roses (four pieces, two plates which fix to the door, and two covers)
</li><li>One pair of unique JG sprung bearing grip tight inner roses** (two pieces, 1 left-handed and 1 right-handed)

Fonteyn Lever Handle

This recessed pull has been designed to be used on sliding doors.&nbsp; There are two depths available, the 21mm depth requires a minimum door thickness of 44mm when fitting two of these products back to back. The 13mm depth requires a minimum door thickness of 28mm when fitting two of these products back to back. When installing these products, they will require bonding. This product has passed an installation strength test when fitted with Evo-stick mirror adhesive. However Joseph Giles has not tested the combination of this product and these adhesives on every possible door substrate, and in every possible situation, so we would advise you run your own tests before installing this product with any adhesives, including Evo-stick mirror adhesive. Supplied as single items and available in our signature metal finishes.&nbsp;

Rectangular Recessed Pull

The solid brass edge pull is a discreet handle that is recessed into the top or side edge and the back of a cabinet door/draw and screw fixed from the back. These small-size (45mm projection) edge pulls can comfortably be used on doors/drawers up to 22mm thick. Available in eight standard lengths, bespoke lengths can also be provided. For plated finishes, we can provide up to 1.4m and for living finishes up to 2.0m. For longer lengths (anything over 150mm), we strongly recommend that the weight of the handles and the impact this will have on the hinges is carefully considered. Supplied as single items with solid brass slotted woodscrews that are finished to match the edge pull. **Please note that Joseph Giles cannot guarantee that the longer edge (that incorporates the grip) on our edge pulls will be exactly 90 degrees – this is due to the extrusion manufacturing process and is particularly important if the pulls are being fitted side by side, the handles will tend to curl slightly away from each other**

Cube Small Edge Pull

Our emergency releases are made from finest grade solid brass and are hand-finished in all the emergency releases standard Joseph Giles finishes. Emergency releases are used in conjunction with a privacy lock &amp; a thumb turn (each supplied separately) and are usually installed on a hinged WC/bathroom door. An emergency release is installed on the outside of the door and can be used in the event of an emergency to open the door. A thumb turn is fitted to the inside of a WC door and is twisted clockwise to engage a privacy lock and anti-clockwise to disengage a privacy lock, They are supplied as single items with an inner rose, a decorative cover rose, and the necessary fixings.

An end-of-terrace townhouse located in Chelsea, the sophisticated, contemporary interiors of this residence were designed by Icon Architects, with Italian designer Umberto Branchini. 

Our Fonteyn lever (LV1045) was selected for both internal and external doors, together with a matching turn (TT1056) and release (RL1015) for bathroom privacy locking doors.

The joinery throughout the home featured our Cube edge pull (EP1003), a modern and minimalist option. We also supplied discreet, slim recessed pull handles for pocket doors (SF1079, SF1049) and rectangular recessed pulls with additional grip (SF1014) for several hinged doors.

To complement the restrained palette and other bronze accents of the design scheme, hardware was supplied in our Dark Bronze Waxed signature finish.
