These high-performance vertical latches are recessed into the door and the latchbolt is operated by a pair of lever handles and an 8mm spindle, latches are used on non-locking (otherwise know as passage) doors. This latch is CE certified and complies to the relevant EN12209-2003/AC.2005 standards. With the lockcase fitted centrally within the door thickness, the minimum recommended door thickness is 40mm. Available in 3 different spring strengths and with an optional JG branded or a plain (non branded) forend plate. Forend and strike plates and screws (all visible parts) are hand finished in our signature finishes. Includes:<ul><li>Latch case (The actual latch)</li><li>Solid brass/stainless forend plate (Plate that goes over the end of the lock, either branded or non-branded)</li><li>Solid brass/stainless strike plate (Plate that is fitted to the frame)</li><li>Fixing pack with solid brass slotted screws</li><li>Strike tidy dust box</li></ul>

'ORANGE-LATCH' Large case latch with reversible latch bolt

The Clerke door lever handles are made from the finest grade solid brass and are carefully hand-finished in all the standard Joseph Giles finishes. All our lever handles come with a 10-year mechanical guarantee and are supplied with the unique JG sprung bearing grip tight inner roses. *Pair of lever handles includes:One pair of lever handles (two pieces, 1 left-handed and 1 right-handed)
One pair of decorative cover roses (four pieces, two plates which fix to the door, and two covers)
One pair of unique JG sprung bearing grip tight inner roses** (two pieces, 1 left-handed and 1 right-handed)
One set of fixings for lever handles which include screws, bolt through fixings, washers, grub screws, allen key, and an 8mm (5/16) spindle to suit doors up to 54mm (2.12”) thick *Levers are also available as single handles (left-handed or right-handed).** Other types of JG inner roses are available for specialist applications, see the '<a href="https://www.josephgiles.com/brochures/#roses" target="_blank">Rose mechanism booklet',</a> however, we strongly recommend sprung bearing grip tight rose because of its incredible performance. Clerke Lever Handle

Our floor-mounted doorstops are made from the finest grade solid brass and hand-finished in all our signature finishes.&nbsp;&nbsp; Supplied with a dense rubber buffer to protect the door and a very heavy-duty fixing bolt and plug. For floors with underfloor heating, it may be best to use a wall-mounted door stop. See the technical help sheet below for more information on door stops.

Bartlett Floor-mounted Door Stop

Our thumb turns are made from finest grade solid brass and are hand-finished in all the standard Joseph Giles finishes. Thumb turns are used in conjunction with a privacy lock &amp; an emergency release (each supplied separately) and are usually installed on a hinged WC/bathroom door. A thumb turn is fitted to the inside of a WC door and is twisted clockwise to engage a privacy lock and anti-clockwise to disengage a privacy lock, whilst an emergency release is installed on the outside of the door and can be used in the event of an emergency to open the door. They are supplied as single items with an inner rose, a decorative cover rose, the necessary fixings and a 5mm square spindle.

Fonteyn Thumb Turn - Round Rose

This recessed pull has been designed to be used on sliding doors.&nbsp; There are two depths available, the 21mm depth requires a minimum door thickness of 44mm when fitting two of these products back to back. The 13mm depth requires a minimum door thickness of 28mm when fitting two of these products back to back. When installing these products, they will require bonding. This product has passed an installation strength test when fitted with Evo-stick mirror adhesive. However Joseph Giles has not tested the combination of this product and these adhesives on every possible door substrate, and in every possible situation, so we would advise you run your own tests before installing this product with any adhesives, including Evo-stick mirror adhesive. Supplied as single items and available in our signature metal finishes.&nbsp;

Rectangular Recessed Pull

Our emergency releases are made from finest grade solid brass and are hand-finished in all the emergency releases standard Joseph Giles finishes. Emergency releases are used in conjunction with a privacy lock &amp; a thumb turn (each supplied separately) and are usually installed on a hinged WC/bathroom door. An emergency release is installed on the outside of the door and can be used in the event of an emergency to open the door. A thumb turn is fitted to the inside of a WC door and is twisted clockwise to engage a privacy lock and anti-clockwise to disengage a privacy lock, They are supplied as single items with an inner rose, a decorative cover rose, and the necessary fixings.
