John monitors the financial metrics of the business, ensuring stability and growth. 

In his free time, he enjoys walking, football with his grandchildren, and having friends in for meals. 

John values daily interactions with the Joseph Giles team, and being part of new and innovative ideas, products, and processes.

John Harwood

Giles works closely with the Senior Leadership team to craft and execute strategic plans, prioritising swift decision making and brand protection, while maintaining a client-centric focus on our core values and vision. 

Outside of work, Giles enjoys staying active in the great outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and pushing boundaries with what can be cooked on a BBQ. 

He remains fascinated by the power of the brand and belief that our clients have in us, and the excellence of the products we develop. 

Giles Harwood

Joseph's role at Joseph Giles is evolving, transitioning to the position of CEO whilst remaining grounded in the importance of connection over titles. In his new position, he spearheads global industry engagement, seeking opportunities to bolster Joseph Giles' growth and brand longevity. 

With a passion for construction and design, Joseph loves to see a concept evolve to a product in particular homes, making our client's lives easier,  and has a dream to one day have a part in a small high end property development business. A highlight of his role is working with and meeting creative people, as every day brings something new.

Joseph Harwood

Keziah Biggs is at the creative heart of Joseph Giles, collaborating with product development and specification teams. She plays a pivotal role in launching new products and simplifying the specification process, making designers' lives easier. 

Outside work, Keziah’s passions include the great outdoors, travel, fitness, painting, and cooking. She is deeply fascinated by Joseph Giles' refusal to compromise on beauty and functionality, highlighting the extensive investment in R&D and meticulous attention to every detail, even to the smallest screw.

Keziah Biggs

Matt is an experienced Chartered Accountant who leads the finance function at Joseph Giles, supporting the Board to develop and implement strategy whilst ensuring targets are met.

Outside of work, he is a keen cook and runner, and spends most of his weekends on the banks of the river Thames or on the touchlines supporting his daughters competing for their rowing and rugby teams. 

Matt continues to be amazed by the variety of finishes we are able to provide across our product  range, especially the living finishes that slowly change over time, as well as Joseph Giles' relentless search for innovative styles and products to meet our customer's exacting requirements.

Matt O'Brien

Pete leads the in-house design team at Joseph Giles, overseeing the development of ideas to ensure design excellence with every new product.

Pete Green

At Joseph Giles, Cole is the dynamo within the operations team, ensuring our bespoke products and services exceed expectations. 

An outdoor enthusiast, Cole loves running, hiking, cycling, golf, and tennis. He's fascinated by the diversity of exceptional products Joseph Giles delivers, driven by a team's unrivalled commitment and a bespoke, innovative approach to continuous improvement.

Cole Slabbert

Mark leads the design of new decorative products and oversees high-profile collaborations and bespoke commissions at Joseph Giles. 

Outside of work, he immerses himself in sports, traveling, spending time with his grandsons, and indulging his passion for art and design. 

Mark is fascinated by Joseph Giles' unwavering focus, passion, drive, and meticulous attention to detail evident in every department of the company.

Mark Harper

Jon designs, engineers, and develops ideas, bringing them successfully to market. Together with the design team, he spends a lot of time on CAD, 3D prototype software, and Illustrator to produce the best possible products. 

Outside of work, Jon finds pleasure in motorbiking, running and sketching. He is intrigued by Joseph Giles' commitment to creating primarily CNC-machined, market leading products, with no compromises on quality. 

Jon Mooney

Jonathan plays a key role prototyping and bringing new products to market, whilst providing technical support and training material for the JG academy. 

Beyond work, his interests include family time with the grand kids, carpentry & joinery, and playing music. 

Jonathan appreciates the opportunities to work on luxury properties that few in the world get to see, and the way Joseph Giles embraces a 'no holds barred' approach to creating and designing. 

Jonathan Woodcock

Richard oversees bespoke projects from initial concept to final product, ensuring seamless execution and maintaining the high quality synonymous with the brand. 

He takes pride in knowing that his designs will grace some of the world's most prestigious buildings for years to come, and appreciates the fact that our clients will often consider design before budget, allowing us to work with the best quality materials. 

Rich Davison

Niamh is dedicated to assisting customers in realising their vision for ironmongery in their projects. Beyond work, she finds joy in spending quality time with friends and family. 

Niamh appreciates that the multifacted nature of ironmongery means she is constantly learning something new. She also loves working with such skilled and talented customers. 

Niamh Nixon

Isaac loves helping clients to see the exquisite functionality of Joseph Giles hardware and how it can elevate their property.

What fascinates him most is our dedication to precision engineering and design, and the remarkable attention to detail in every piece of hardware we produce, setting us apart in the high-end market.

Isaac Thomson

Amos plays a vital role at Joseph Giles, assisting architects and interior designers create specifications for the metal products on their projects. In his free time, Amos enjoys getting away from the hustle and bustle of city life to less trodden paths.

Amos values the power of working together as a team with our internal product designers and the interior designer, architect, joiners and any other parties involved, all sharing information and working towards a perfect finished project.

Amos Stanley

Carlos thrives at Joseph Giles, collaborating with interior designers and architects to ensure their project specifications result in a high end products which exceed expectations. 

Outside of work, he enjoys exploring new cuisines, indulging in seafood and fine wines. He particularly enjoys the opportunity to work on projects in exclusive locations worldwide, alongside renowned designers and discerning clients. 

Carlos Byng

Chelsea excels in finding solutions to overcome project challenges, ensuring that our customers receive a seamless service from order placement through to aftercare.

Outside of work, she enjoys baking and visiting new places. Chelsea is inspired by the thought and inspiration behind each offering in Joseph Giles' product range.

Chelsea Millichap

Jillian helps to deliver excellent an excellent customer experience at Joseph Giles, managing orders, updating our clients, and servicing our global partners across the world.

Jillian Hudson

Teigan ensures projects run smoothly by addressing any issues, assisting with extras, and ensuring timely despatch of orders. 

In her leisure time, she enjoys music, reading, shopping, and spending time with friends and family. Teigan values Joseph Giles' customer-centric approach, and the strong focus on company values and mission.

Terry ensures that Joseph Giles' projects are executed with precision, focusing on the compatibility of hardware with its intended furniture. 

With interests in machines, mud, timber, animals, and engines, he finds joy in the mechanical and the natural. Terry is inspired by Joseph Giles' commitment to excellence, innovation, and the constant drive to develop new, cutting-edge products.

Terry Napthine

Steve meticulously creates and updates detailed door schedules at Joseph Giles, ensuring the realization of designers' visions with both aesthetic appeal and functionality. 

Outside of work, he indulges in a variety of hobbies, including MMA, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, Tae Kwon-Do, mountain biking, gaming, watching films, and catching up with friends. 

Steve finds fascination in the continuous pursuit of solutions to alleviate customers' pain points, a driving force in his commitment to excellence at Joseph Giles.

Steve Elliot

Mahmodhur ensures a robust and effective finance experience for all customers and colleagues at Joseph Giles. Outside of work, he enjoys playing cricket with friends and famiily, and heads up a charity, raising funds from London-based Indian restaurants to aid the poor in Bangladesh. 

He enjoys the flexibility of his role and finds the trust placed in him to maintain strong working relationships across all aspects of the business and its clientele.

Mahmodur Choudhury

Our graphic designer, Mark plays a key role in maintaining the Joseph Giles brand, creating beautiful content and photography showcasing our products.

Mark Hudson

Tara works on creating new content to promote the Joseph Giles brand and inform the market about their products, aiming to simplify specifying and working with ironmongery for everyone involved in a project. 

Tara is particularly captivated by Joseph Giles' meticulous attention to detail and commitment to perfection in every aspect of their process, from innovative design to rigorous quality control checks.

Tara Thomson

As part of the purchasing team, Tracey oversees our suppliers to ensure timely and quality-driven procurement. 

Outside of work, her time is split between nurturing plants in her garden, and attending Japanese car shows. 

Tracey takes pride in being one of the cogs helping to bring the beautiful JG products to our customers, and is always excited to see what the design team bring out next.

Tracey Matheson

Rosie is a key part of the Purchasing team, and is responsible for purchasing and expediting goods, tendering costs, and maintaining our supplier relationships. In her spare time, when not working on her CIPS qualification, she enjoys spending time in the garden, and is interested in all things creative.

She is fascinated by how JG products are made, particularly intricately designed bespoke products using unusual materials, and seeing the amazing variety of products we deliver. 

Rosie Hall

Matt leads a dedicated team at Joseph Giles, ensuring the timely delivery of exquisite products to customers. With a focus on helping customers to overcome challenges on site, Matt and his team work diligently to make sure they get what they need when they need it. 

Outside of work, Matt enjoys participating in marathons and ultramarathons. He is particularly fascinated by Joseph Giles' ability to design essential door hardware that enhances user experience subtly while serving as a beautiful centerpiece in any room.

Matt Saunders

Lee oversees planning and organising manufacturing at Joseph Giles whilst managing internal reporting for the operations team. In his leisure time, he enjoys video gaming and computer programming, automative culture, and going out with friends. 

Lee appreciates Joseph Giles' commitment to its familial roots and core values, finds working with solid brass as a material is particularly fascinating, and the dedication to maintaining matching finishes across a diverse product range.

Lee Brandon

Bronte serves as the executive assistant to the Managing Director whilst managing IT and HR at Joseph Giles, a varied and always busy role! Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with friends and family. 

Bronte admires how Joseph Giles is always striving for perfection, wanting to give architects and interior designers the best products and services possible.
