I’ve been at Joseph Giles for 6 years, and during that time have seen quite a few changes, such as moving to a big new building last year, as well as lots of new people and lots of growth. As assembly team leader, my day-to-day role requires planning and problem solving, as well as knowledge of how hundreds of products go together. In particular, I like the culture at JG – everyone is friendly, supportive and helpful.
